I was looking for a toaster oven that wouldn't take up too much room and this one got good reviews. The only thing wrong is that it gets very hot on the outside, but, if you're careful, that isn't a huge problem. Ive only used it to bake things and it does a good job. Very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a small oven that is reliable. I like shopping at Amazon because they are prompt, offer good prices and most things have free shipping. I've never had to return anything but considering Amazon's overall reliability I'm sure there would be no problems if I ever have to.
